On the product page, select a store for pick up. When you reach the payment screen, choose the Pay In Store option to reserve your items. You’ll receive an email once your items
are ready.

 

Once you receive a “Ready for Payment and Pick up” email, go to your selected DashShopping store.

Bring your “Ready for Payment and Pick up” email to cashier and then pay with any method (cash, check, credit card or gift card). Payment is processed when it’s completed in store.

An associate will bring your order to you!

What is Pay In Store?

Pay In Store is a way for you to reserve your online order, then go to the store to pay for your order your way! This includes Cash, Check, Credit Card or Gift Card!

Want to pay cash or use a check for your online order? Maybe you’re not comfortable using a credit card online?

Not to worry, Pay In Store gives you the option to reserve products online and pay for them in store! When you place eligible items in your cart, the option of Pay In Store will be presented.

Choosing Pay In Store means no payment will be collected online. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will need to go to the store within 48 hours to complete your order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

At the selected store, visit any register to pay for your order.

Pay In Store is a reservation. Your order will not be processed unless you complete the order in the store.

Do I enter any payment online?

No. DashShopping is holding the merchandise until you reach the store. Once at the store you will make your payment and your order will be processed.

I completed my order, now what?

You will receive email communications from us letting you know where you are in the process. Once you receive the “Ready for Payment and Pick up” email you can head to the store to pay and pick up your order.

How much time do I have to pay for my order?

After you receive the “Ready for Payment and Pick up” email, you have 48 hours to come to the store and pay for the order.

I’m at the store. What do I do?

Easy! Go to any cashier and let them know you have an online order you want to pay for.

I forgot my email, can I still pay for my order?

Yes! You can request the cashier pull up your pending order by your phone number.

Ok, I paid for my order. Now what?

An associate will bring your order to you.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, you can send someone else to pick up your order.

During the checkout process, be sure to check the "someone else will pickup my order" box. You'll need to supply the name and email of the person who will be picking up your order. For your protection, we'll send them an email message, which they need to bring with them to the store as identification.
